MODULE 2. SETTINGS
The Settings tab offers a comprehensive, user-focused interface that allows users to configure system preferences, manage security settings, and tailor the platform to their needs, enhancing overall usability and experience.
2.1 Profile

The Profile section is designed to help users manage and customize their personal settings. It improves user engagement and facilitates smooth platform interaction.
User
Displays the current username.
Active Logins
Shows the real-time number of active sessions. Useful for monitoring account access and ensuring security.
Application Info
This section includes detailed account settings:
- Username: Displays the user’s unique identifier.
- Email: Displays the registered email address.
- Setting.
- Region: Defines the operating region.
- Is Tachyon: Indicates whether the account is a Tachyon (admin) or a standard user profile.
- Server URL: Allows integration with external reporting tools, such as a Power BI Dashboard.
- JWT Token: Authentication token used for secure access.
Roles and Permissions
Visualization of the assigned roles and permissions. These can be accessed through the subtabs located at the bottom.
2.2 Hierarchy

The Hierarchy section enables the creation of organizational structures (e.g., fields or assets) within model runs. This functionality helps manage multiple assets by clearly distinguishing them based on hierarchical attributes.

**Refresh
**Reloads the current view or undoes recent changes.
**Add
**Initiates the creation of a new asset categorization, improving the organization of models and scenarios.
- Asset

- Name. Title assigned to the asset.
- Description. Optional details about the asset.
- Parent. Defines the parent hierarchy for the asset.
- Properties.
- Location. Geographic or organizational location of the asset.
- Name. Title assigned to the asset.
- Assigned Associates

- Chart.
- Associate User. Assigns users to a specific hierarchy for role-based access or collaboration.
- Chart.
Sync Dataset
Select All
Enables to quickly choose all available items with a single click, streamlining the selection process.
**Unselect
**Enables to effortlessly deselect or clear selected items, providing a simple and efficient means to refine choices.
**Paste
**Facilitates the execution of the following actions concerning the Asset hierarchy.
- Change Parent.
- Add User.
- Update Location.
- Delete Asset.
**Save
**Save the modifications made through the Asset hierarchy.
